Hump Day

Sorry it has been a while since my last update here, but unfortunately I’m back in school now, and most of my free time goes towards hours upon hours of studying and drilling various concepts. Yeah, right. I’m the kid who makes a film project the morning it is due. I haven’t even had the time to restock my refrigerator, which has been empty for about three weeks now. Inside, you’ll find mustard, one pickle, and some rotted out corn. I’m working on perfecting a recipe with these three ingredients, but it’s not quite ready for the public.
Tomorrow is my mom, Janet’s, birthday. My dad, Mike, and I are all going to the Sox game with her and a few of her friends. I like my mom’s friends, but I’ve been told one has made numerous calls to my mom describing all the White Sox ornamentation she is going to be sporting at the game. I am picturing dangling baseball earrings, a White Sox head band complete with those wobbly antenna, jerseys, maybe even stirrups.
They really like to accessorize. For Mike and I, this can become somewhat embarrassing, but I’ve already decided to withhold my judgments in honor of my mom’s birth. This also includes not complaining when the digital camera is pulled out, oh I don’t know, I’d say once every five seconds.
