Went to visit Henry during lunch last week, and after he was done puking on me (no hard feelings), we managed to get some quality time in.

Several years ago my brothers and I made my mom a mirror with our hand prints on it, adorned with this quote from Abe Lincoln. Since then, it has always stuck with me as undeniable truth, which I guess makes sense, seeing as how it’s from ‘Honest Abe’. My mom has endured a lot of crap to help shape me into the man I am today, sacrificed a lot of personal aspirations and hobbies, and routinely put my brothers and I before all personal matters. She did so in the hopes that we would grow up to become men that would make her proud, and today, as I’m old enough to better appreciate the magnitude of the gifts she has given me, I’m proud to have the world’s best mother. I’ll never be able to adequately thank her for all that she has done, but I know I’ll spend a lifetime thinking I was truly blessed to have a mom like her, the greatest ever. And I hope she knows I feel that way. Happy Mother’s Day!

Justine wouldn’t let me take one of those pictures where it looks like the fountain is squirting forth from your nether region, so I just gave up and stood there.

Here’s Justine winning $200 playing 1cent slots!! So far, she’s the big winner, so I’m making her take me out to dinner tonight. I unfortunately have not had any luck. Except for bad luck.

Our view from the Bellagio. We got a nice deal here online, and are living the life. Took a lot of self-control to not order $25 eggs this morning in bed, but I don’t want to come home bankrupt. So far I’ve only lost $5 gambling, so there’s that. Tonight, we are hitting up The Beatles Love Cirque show where my love of The Beatles will finally be mixed with my love of acrobats. Pretty pumped for that.
